Return & Refund Policy
At Nandanik, we take great care in ensuring that every piece of jewellery delivered to you meets our quality standards. However, if you need to request a return or refund, please read our policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in case of:
Damaged product
Defective product
Incorrect item delivered
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An uncut, clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
The video must:
Start before opening the package
Clearly show the sealed packaging
Capture the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
Without a valid unboxing video, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us via our support channel with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Unboxing video proof
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Return Shipping Charges
A logistics/return shipping fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
The fee may vary based on location and product.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
The product must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With all tags intact
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Products showing signs of use
Items returned without original packaging/tags
Returns requested without an unboxing video
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Note: Since artificial jewellery is delicate in nature, we encourage customers to handle items carefully and review product details before purchasing.
